These are guides, not policies.
We do not hand a school a document to adopt. Each guide walks through the decisions in order, gives wording you can take or leave, and is honest about what only you can decide.
Every entry is self-contained, so a staff meeting can take one at a sitting and settle it before moving on. The wording in each copy box is deliberately free of any one country's law, so that a school anywhere is no worse off for using it — where a legal question matters, it is named in matters to think through rather than buried in text you might paste.
The guides stay open.
Each one is worked on as schools use it and tell us where it failed them. If you reach a decision a guide does not cover, that is the most useful thing you can send us.
If you are waiting on one of the two above, say so. Which one people ask for is how we decide what gets written next, and there is no other signal — so a one-line message genuinely moves it up the list.
